When was Chilcott Court, 2A Walford Road N16 8ED built?

I'm trying to find out when Chilcott Court, 2A Walford Road N16 8ED was built for insurance purposes. My landlord say's it's a "Victorian construction originally but converted and a top floor added in approx 1988". I've asked him to check the title deeds but does anyone know where I can find out this information? Insurance companies are asking for a more definitive year. • You need to speak to the land registry who can run a check for you for a small fee.
