What can I do to rent a flat if I don't earn over £30,000 a year?
I need to rent a flat , but I have no guarantor or earn up to 30k. I can afford the rent as my parents will be sending money from overseas to pay for the flat. How can I get around this problem?

Try using different agents or approaching private Landlords. If nobody will listen you may wish to try sharing accommodation until you have a good caseload of history behind you and a bit of a pay increase. try Spareroom.co.uk or local small ads.
