Question regarding rent.

Hi! I'm planning to move to London in september to work and study. I want to rent a studio or a 1 bedroom flat. How many month's rent in advance do I have to pay? Is there also a deposit? I will be arriving from Romania so I am not a UK national. Thanks very much.

  • You more than likely will have to pay your rent in advance for the full term. If you are studying then see if the place your studying can help with accomodation or recommend somewhere for you.

  • Hi, Typically for this situation you would need to pay 6 months rent in advance as well as have the relevant paperwork in place.
