Wimbledon Chase Buy to Let

I am interested in buy to let in Wimbledon Chase, within minutes of the station. How quickly or slowly do one bed flats rent out in this area? Will it stay empty for long periods?

  • Hi Mayhadi, The market for rental properties in London is very very strong at the moment still, and demand from tenants is always high. If you are looking to buy any property for buy-to-let purposes in or around the capital then you will find that it will rarely ever be empty for any period of time at all apart from the slight voids between one tenant moving out and the next moving in, but even that can be kept to a minimum if dealt with in the right way. The fact you are also looking to buy in the vicinity of a train station will also prove very positive for your occupancy rate, because links to transport are highly sought after. Many thanks, Scott
