  • Hiya Why not take a look at our guide for how to value your property? If you are looking for a cost effective way to find tenants, it's definitely worth considering an online letting agent too ; ). We have just let a 3 bed flat on Leonards road, SW16 5SY for £1250pcm and another in Conyers Road, SW16 6LS for £1500pcm. (houses with gardens usually achieve more than flats though). Please feel free to give me a call if you have any queries! Eleanor (03300 883973)

  • Hi Kayyum, To find this out, or to at least get an idea of what you might be able to bring in, you can have a look at the stats available on this website. Use the tabs at the top of this page, and have a look at the one called sold prices. Choose the option called area stats. This has a table about halfway down that will allow you access to the latest average asking prices for the area you are referring to. As you will see if you make sure of this section, the price for a 3 bedroom home in the area at the current time averages out at £1,616 per calendar month, although this is just an average, and it could be that you end up making more or less than this, so it can be good to get a letting agent on board. They will be able to give you a better idea of where to pitch your home in the market. Many thanks, Scott
