  • Hi, Zoopla only allow agents to advertise properties on the site, so you cannot do this yourself. Agents pay a monthly membership subscription to advertise their properties on the site. Hope that helps.

  • Hi, Zoopla is a portal that is only available for estate agents to advertise properties on and therefore if you are looking to place your property on these sites you would need to list your property with an estate agent who is a member of this site. To search for local estate agents who are member of Zoopla you can use the 'find agents' tab at the top of this page. We hope this helps.

  • I asked a local agent to find a tenant for my SE London house at a rental of £2300pm. They got it straight onto Rightmove & Zoopla etc and someone from Southampton who saw it on one of those search engines viewed the house and agreed to rent it on the following day. The agent charged me £2600 + VAT. Fifteen months later, when that tenant moved out, I went onto and placed my own ad, which went onto those same search engines and I got a call on the following morning from some people who viewed the house that evening and moved in that weekend. My ad cost me £99 and the tenants have been in there for over 3 years.
