I am looking for a landlord who accepts Pets.

How difficult is it to find a rental that will allow pets?

  • Hi, In most cases you may be able to speak to the letting agent/landlord to advise of your situation and they may agree to pets being at the property but under the condition of paying a higher bond to cover any damage, wear and tear that could be caused by pets. We hope this helps.

  • I'm a landlord and allow tenants to have pets on the understanding that they are responsible for any damage their pets cause in 15 years I've never had a tenants pet cause any damage
