How do you find repossessed properties?
I would like to build my property portfolio and am looking for cheap repossessed properties to rent out to DSS tenants.

Unfortunately there are not any published lists of repossessed properties. There are several agencies that specialise in purchasing and selling "Below Market Value Properties" to investors. If you send me an email, I can put you in touch with some.

Look for adverts that say NO CHAIN .. it normally means there is a 50% chance they are repos.
