  • Hi Habeby2010, As mentioned above, it will depend entirely upon the agent in question, so it will be better to look at the property you are interested in and then click on the link to contact them specifically. With regards to guarantors, there are many different requirements for this. Some will always want you to have one, some will use it as a back up to a poor credit rating or a lack of rental history, and others will just see it as an irrelevance. If you do have a guarantor though, they can be beneficial if you are struggling to rent because of some set of circumstances that has seen you rejected by a landlord or an agent. Many thanks, Scott
