What is the going rate for agents to charge you for an "admin charge" in the M41 area?
I am currently looking for my first flat to rent. I found one that would be ideal I rang the estate/letting agent who confirmed it was still available to arrange a viewing and if I want to proceed, it would be £150 to take it off the market and for admin charges which he said would be ref checks and credit checks. Is this the going rate as I haven't budgeted for this to be that much
