Are property prices going to rise next year?
In student digs, so need to look at buying in the next two years, will prices rise in that time?

They might rise slightly, it is impossible to predict by how much.

I think the market is still very slow. I deal in mortgages and I am seeing people drop their house prices by tens of thousands (except in London!) I don't think it will pick up quickly.

It might rise slightly , if that. The market is still very slow and any drastic changes are unlikely to happen
