How much are search fees for renting a property and do you get it back if you are not sucsessful?

Search fees depend on the agency that you are going to let the property with normal between £100-£150 and some will say that you loose the money if you don't pass the credit check others will give it back. Make sure you check first. Thanks

Confirm on what grounds you would lose it - some say if you falsify your references or pull out of the agreed let you won't, but that if the landlord pulls out you will.
