How much are search fees for renting a property and do you get it back if you are not sucsessful?

  • Search fees depend on the agency that you are going to let the property with normal between £100-£150 and some will say that you loose the money if you don't pass the credit check others will give it back. Make sure you check first. Thanks

  • Confirm on what grounds you would lose it - some say if you falsify your references or pull out of the agreed let you won't, but that if the landlord pulls out you will.
