How long will it take to find a tenant in Margate?
I am looking to buy property in Kent. How long will it take to find a good tenant in Margate, Dover, Ramsgate, Folkestone, Broadstairs?

Assuming the Margate market is in line with the rest of the South East then very quickly as long as you set the rent correctly. Get advice from a good local agent. In general terms there is a shortage of properties to let across the South East so their should be a healthy demand. If you need putting in touch with good agents who will help you find a suitable Buy to let property let me know as a good agent could save you money and in the end make your investment work for you.
