Hi Kellie, Yes we have spoken to the council on many occasions and DSS tenants are fine in MK - I assume you mean will they pay Local Housing Allowance? Currently the council actually has a oversupply so there is plenty to choose from! They also have a deposit guarantee scheme where they will guarantee/cover the deposit required for you to move into a property which will help with those intial costs also. This is for those who qualify for the scheme. I hope that helps answer your question. I Estate Agent
