  • Hi No one will have any idea unless you tell us your homes details! For example, what is the selling price estimated at, when was it built, does it have double glazing, how many bedrooms does it have, is it modern etc.

  • Hi Victoria, Without knowing the size, value and type of home you have, this is nearly impossible to say. However, you will know where you live so I can direct you to an area of this site where you will be able to see the details you need. If you hover over the tab at the top of this page that says "sold prices" and click the second option "area stats" then you will be able to see all that you need in there. Scroll down on this page and you will have a list of asking prices based on size, type and number of rooms that homes possess. Hopefully this will be able to give you a general idea of the ballpark figure you could expect to bring in for your own house. Many thanks, Scott
