Rental Value of the advertised property
Am thinking about buying this property as an investment can you tell me what I could expect per year after all costs?

We would suggest that you contact a couple of local Letting Agents who would be able to give you an idea of how much you might expect to received, rental wise. Also, we would suggest that you check out the fees that the agencies charge as they differ a great deal from agency to agency. Good Luck!
