What does it mean when a property online has been marked as 'Let'?

If a property online has an orange band going across the top with 'Let' on it? What does this mean? Is it available? Or is it under offer?

  • 'Let' means that the property has been taken. 'To Let' means that the property is available. Hope that helps.

  • Hi, "Let" or "Let Agreed" means that the properly has been taken and is therefore no longer available. "To Let" will mean that the property is available to view and proceed with. We hope this helps.
