HI, it does vary from agent to agent but the average is usually 6 wks

Deposits will vary from Landlord or Agent, but usually are equivalent to a month's rent + £100, so if the rent is £500, the deposit could be £600. Sometimes higher deposits may be required, for instance if you have pets.
