  • Hi. Unfortunately the big sites, like zoopla and rightmove, will only advertise on behalf of agents, not individuals. If you're looking for a more cost effective option, and are able to accompany viewings yourself, why not consider an online letting agent? We charge £39+vat for advertising on zoopla (as well as many other sites) and £59+vat for advertising on all of these sites as well as rightmove. You will have pre-vetted leads sent to you via email and text, we will fully reference check your chosen tenants (you get a copy of the reference report!) and you also get a bespoke contract. It's definitely worth considering. Please do also check our reviews on trustpilot to see how well it works for our landlords. Happy to talk it through with you also. Kind regards, Eleanor, 03300 883973

  • Zoopla does not take private adverts You would do better to save costs by using a reutable online agent like Upad Houseladder or Letnow to let your house on all the main portals for under £100 without extras like plans photos certs etc Prof photos £80+ are highly recommended to get the most responses.
