  • Hi regentstreetlandlord, Unfortunately you will not be able to advertise a property on Zoopla for renting if you are a private landlord. If you are looking to operate through this site then you will need to register with a letting agents who will be able to advertise your property for you on your behalf. Many of these can now be found online for far lower prices than you might have traditionally found, largely because they are internet-based firms as opposed to physically positioned in the high street. You also have the benefit of your letting agent being able to deal with viewings and other important issues to do with your property. Many thanks, Scott

  • Hi, Unfortunately you will not be able to advertise your property on Zoopla due to the portal only being open for estate agents to advertise on. If you would like to advertise on Zoopla you will need to instruct an agent who advertises on here to let your property for you. You can search for agents using the 'find agents' tab at the top of this page. We hope this helps.
