  • Hi Branoo, It can actually be easier to rent with children than you might think. The way the property market is looking at the moment (and since the recession) means that it is hard for many people to afford to buy their own properties, so there are a great many families who live in rented homes these days. So long as you can afford to live there and have proof of income and former landlords' references, as well as a guarantor (if required), you should have little problem with this. The only issue would arise in some of the managed flats and apartment blocks that exist in city centres, some of which refuse to rent to families or people with children for a variety of reasons. Many thanks, Scott
