We have been looking to rent bigger house but every one says 'we need guarantor'. We don't have one. Is the any other way round it? Thanks?

You should speak to the letting agent and see what they suggest. There are rent deposit guarantee schemes available, your agent may be able to recommend one.

As above, ask the agents what criteria they are looking for this may help you in figuring out a way around the issue. The referencing company we use requires that you earn 2.5x your share of the annual rent (before deductions) to be considered as acceptable without a guarantor. If you earn less than this then they will not pass you without one. You can offer to pay six months upfront as an alternative.
