Definately speak to a letting agent! There are many matters which you need to be mindful of, from safety inspections prior to letting, Energy Reports to be obtained and legal issues surrounding deposit monies and landlord/lady rights and tenants rights. The advice you will get from an experienced letting agent is priceless.
