Information about bond/rents/fees for renting a house,
I need to rent a house, but can't afford all bond/rent/fees all together. Do you always have to pay all this amount?

Unfortunately you do but if you are on benefits then try speaking to your local authority. If not I would recommend not going through an agency but using a private landlord they maybe happy to negotiate something with your deposit. Thanks Mark
