Protection for tenants

What protection is offered in relation to the length of any tenancy? like will we be allowed to rent the property indefinitely, provided we continue to pay the rent?

  • You will be in a contract with the Landlord whenever that contract ends it is up to the Landlord to offer you another contract for 6 or 12 months or month by month. Bear in my though that they can end that agreement at anytime with 2 months notice.
