Renting and deposits?

I am looking for a two bedroom property but have no deposit, where's the best place to look?

  • Try the local newspaper for private landlords. Alternatively some agents do not charge a deposit but require you to purchase a warranty instead.

  • We are an experienced Agent in Sevenoaks and think that it would be unlikely that you would secure any property without a deposit, but we would certainly be happy to advise you on the level of deposit required.

  • Hi If you do not have a deposit we would suggest that you try to contact private landlords who could be more flexible with payments.
