DSS and no garentour?

I am 17 with a 5month old baby and looking for a two bed flat/house. However is there any properties that accept DSS and do not need a garentour for?

  It will be difficult to rent from an agency without a guarantor, if not impossible due to your age. You might have to look for private landlords in loot, gumtree and local papers, shop windows etc. If you are stuck and need a place fast, go to shelter and the citizen’s advice bureau. Best of luck.
