What is a 'house bathroom' as opposed to just a bathroom?
If a listing says house bathroom does it mean it's shared with other flats in the building?

Possibly, bit of a strange description and not one I have heard used before. I would suggest you call the agent or landlord and ask.

Normally this means that there is an ensuite bathroom in one of the rooms and that the 'house bathroom' is the main bathroom but I would give them a call and check. Thanks
