To rent property in Stoke-on-Trent

Good evening, we have a property to rent in Stoke-on-Trent, can we advertise on Zoopla without an agent? If so, please advise how we can do it

  • Hi. Landlords can't advertise on zoopla or rightmove without some sort of intermediary. If you are looking for a low cost option, which gives you control over your let (ie, you get to hand pick which tenants you let to), perhaps you should consider an online letting agent??

  • As per the above answer you do need to go through an agent with a Zoopla subscription. Best idea is to click on the 'Find agents' link and look for a business in your area. Hope that helps.
