Rent values in Old Quater of Stourbridge.
If I bought a terraced house in the Old Quater of Stourbridge, i.e. Hill St., Yardley St., Brooke St., etc. What rental could I get?

That is really to vague a question to be able to give a proper answer to. Anyone who tries to give you an answer is not giving you best advice, the best thing to do is either invite a letting agent to visit the property or if you don't own it yet take them a set of the sales details. The manager at my office in Stourbridge would be more than happy to give you some advice and an idea of value his name is Jamie Taylor. One thing I can tell you is that we are in desperate need of property to let like that and we would have it rented very quickly.
