  • In order to list a property to rent via Zoopla, the property must be "on the books" with an agent that is subscribed to the site. It might be worth paying a "let only" fee for a good letting agent if they can get more eyes on the property and potentially generate a higher monthly income.

  • Hi, Zoopla is a portal that only allows estate agents who are members to list properties. Therefore if you would like to see your property advertised on Zoopla you would need to get in touch and instruct an estate agent who is a member to list your property. You can search for local agents who are members of Zoopla using the "find agents" tab to the top of this page. We hope this helps.

  • Hi. As others have mentioned, you need to have some sort of agent intermediary to advertise on Zoopla. If you're looking for a more cost effective option than high street agents, and are happy to do viewings yourself, why not consider an online letting agent like us! Please feel free to give me a call to discuss how it works. Kind regards, Eleanor, The Online Letting Agents
