I'm on DHSS how easy is it for me to get a property?
I have have just had a baby so I'm claiming DHSS so I was wondering how I can rent a property while on this, I am going to start work when my baby is 6 months old?

I have been looking at two bedroom flats in Friar Park Wednesbury at the moment. I have a 3 bedroom council house but want a flat now. All children have left home, only one son and he is at uni, this would be ideal prperty for me. I am disabled so can not work due to having cancer, would I be able to have DHSS? I've lived at my addresss for 27 years and this flat would be more suitable for me now, hope you can be of some help, thanking you.
