What is the meening of let agreed, please?

  • 'LET AGREED' means that the property has been applied for and the prospective tenants have been accepted. The property is no longer available.

  • Agree with the comment above. Let agreed means that somebody has placed an offer on a property, and the landlord has accepted the offer that has been placed. If you were interested in the apartment, it may be worth keeping an eye on it. This is because there is always the possibility that the tenant may default in the referencing stage, and therefore it may be made available again.
