Are there any properties we can rent without putting down a deposit?

Are there any private landlords who would rent a property without taking a deposit?

  • This is extremely difficult to find. Most estate agencies and landlord require some form of deposit. This is mainly because if there is no deposit, and there is a dispute about damages in the apartment, the landlord would have to incur the cost of fixing the problem. The best thing to do however, is to look at newspapers/advertisements and call private landlords. A private landlord may accept this, depending on your personal situation. I hope this helps!
