  • Hi MsVicky, If you are looking at the price of a property in Bradford, it is highly unlikely that the cost per room would be sitting at £700 for a four-bedroom property, as this would put the overall cost at £2,800 pcm for the house, which would be very high for the north of England. However, the listing should say if it is per room, and if it does not specifically say, or that it is for a single room in a shared house, then it should be the case that the overall cost is £700, and not the price per room. If you are in doubt though, you can always contact the letting agents, who would be happy to give you the breakdown of costs no problem. Thanks, Scott
