1 St Peters Square development , completed next to West Yorkshire play house.
Paid up price will be 160k for a 2 bed unit, mortgaged amount around 110k. They tell me rental demand is high in Leeds, could get 750k per month but would have to furnish. What makes this stand out from the rest of the many thousands of units in Leeds? With LTV around 65% I need to stump up some hefty deposits.....shall I run or stay for the medium term investment?
