Am I entitled to temporary housing if I am disabled yet deemed Intentionally Homeless?

I am disabled with poor mobility. I was assigned a case worker by Housing Options at Leeds Council who I believe failed to advise me of all available options and did not follow up with required support. I was advised by the Prevention Fund that my application was refused which may have later lead to the breach of a suspended order for possession; a warrant was later granted to successfully evict me. I was advised 1 day before the eviction date in May that a decision had been made approx. 2 weeks after my initial request for help on 16/3/12. I was deemed 'Intentionally Homeless' although acknowledgment of my Priority Needs and Vulnerability/At Risk status. Are you able to advise if I should complain to Leeds City Council or offer any advice for my situation? I am homeless and currently sleeping on various sofas of friends and family.
