Prospective landlord
I am likely to make an offer on a 1 bedroom flay in VM2 Shipley. If I do I may use the services of a letting and/or managing agent, so questions are: What is the typical letting fee? What is the typical management fee? What rent would I get in this location? Thanks for your help.

The average for full management rental is anything between 8-12% of the rent. As for finding rentals in Shipley there are 5 or 6 in England and the postal Code you gave did not let me know where or which one it was so cannot help there I am afraid.

Shipley West Yorks, for a nice 1-bed you'd get c.£350pcm. Think there's a good market there.
