How much rent could I expect to pay in CT8 8PL for a 5 bedroom detached house?

Westgate is a very desirable area. As the property is in one of the more luxurious roads I would say between £1200-£1500, depending on whether the house is terraced/semi/detached and what the condition is, and also whether it has perks such as garage/garden/driveway.
