  Both are extremely sought after so it is what suits your needs and lifestyle better, remember that flats tend to have maintenance and ground rent payment, but are less likely to need major overhauls.

  Mark is absolutely right, maintenance and ground rent should be budgeted for. Overall however the demand for central Windsor means your choice may be limited, although in the long term it should be a safe investment.
