In general what type of buy to let property will provide the highest yield and potential re-sale value in 15 years time (holiday, student or london)?

I would say London if the property is in a good or up and coming area. Holiday lets can sometimes be hard to sell, depending on where they are. Student lets are a good bet too, but as always it does depend on where a property is. Location is everything if you want the best return.
