We are trying to rent our 3 bedroomed house in popular area, how can we get more viewers?
We want to rent our property, it's in a popular area, has been with an estate agent for 5 weeks and only had 3 viewers, it is available right away, what can we do to entice more viewers?

You could set up your own website, try free ads in Loot etc.. If you don't feel the agent is working well for you, then consider using a different agent. But it might be that the right person has not seen your property yet. Not all rentals rent quickly, it can just take time. Do you have a board up?

I would recommend going on gumtree and puting your property on there free of charge or adding it to zoopla or speaking to the estate agent and checking they are marketing it properly for example putting it on right move etc
