To buy or not to buy in Norwich Court, Norwich Road, Bournemouth?

I would like to know if BH2 5QZ is a safe area to buy a property? Thank you

    Property does sell very quick round there, its not the best area of town a lot of students mainly from other countries. Other side of the bypass (Wessex Way) and it's all fine. The location is perfect for town but parking is a nightmare for when guests are over, having to walk in wind and rain, that is the biggest stumbling point for us when we have properties to sell up there. Hope this helps and I have not put you off

    We would suggest that that you contact a few of the local agents in the area. They will be able to give you advice and information on the area that you are interested in. It’s worth doing some research on the Internet too. Check out the local Tourism website & check the crime rates for the area.
