    I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or police.gov to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are . You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals

    Cambuslang is a nice area to live. The main street,like any can be noisey at time but other than that a lot of refurb, new builds etc have moved into the area and it is looking far better than it used to. I noticed a flat for lease on my letting agents site in Cambuslang and it looks really nice, pity i have just renewed my lease or i would have definitely looked into it http://www.thelettingcentre.net/pview/6
