Horseshoe Way, Hempsted?

What is it like to live in Horseshoe and are the neighbours friendly? Are there any neighbourhood issues?

    Horseshoe way in itself is lovely, just what surrounds it is very questionable. Most people who live there are commuters, not locals. It's too close to the county tip and across the other side of Bristol road is a questionable housing estate.
