  It might prove slightly more difficult to sell in the future, only because of the 'unproven health risks'. I would say it is a bargaining tool, if right next to it. As for health implications, it is no more dangerous than driving, using a mobile phone, computer etc... Some worry about everything, proven or not, others won't even think about it. I know I wouldn’t.
