What is it like living in Hayes - around postcode UB3?

    I have recently moved here, residing here since January. As with every area in London there are the good areas and the bad more so unpleasent areas. Hayes Town and the high street is generally a very unpleasent area I would say in terms of the quality of people. But in saying that Hayes End & the area around Barra Hall Park is a very nice area with alot of generally nice folk, there was recently a Hayes Carnival this weekend which was really fun attended by many families and childern living in the local area. Along with that there are several good kindergardens & primary schools in the Hayes End area as well. Hope this helps
