Wanting to move to the UK soon, but havent any idea as to where to go, HELP

I currently live in America and I've got a bit of a dilemma with my moving plans. A friend and I are wanting to move the UK within the next couple of years once we finish schooling. We haven't the slightest idea where to go! We would like a clean, quiet neighbourhood that isn't too far from the city. Where can we find one?

  • There is an area in LONDON called Willesden...that would be an ideal place to start...however, willesden is a massive area so to be more precise...go for Dollis Hill area or Dudden Hill near the park called Gladstone Park willesden. This area is very quiet it is also ideal area if you like sports such as tennis, football, cricket and running, because this area has it all. Please do not hesitate to contact if you require further advise. Oh! you also asked nearer to the city, this area is only a bus ride away from Central London...bus 16 which is also a walking distance from the park.

  • WHICH city? You won't get a useful response until you name a specific city or area of the UK.
