Hi 78pembury, Nettlestead is a very nice area of Kent, located in the Maidstone area, and in terms of crime statistics, it performs rather well, and has seen falling rates over the last few years to take it below the national average. In terms of areas of the same size and stature as the Maidstone region in general, it has an average rate of criminal offences reported as well. However, compared to the rest of the areas that are served by Kent Police, it actually has a lower than average crime rate. According to the figures that are compiled by Police.co.uk, although crime is pretty average in terms of occurrences in the past few years, there were only six incidents within half an hour of Nettlestead in November 2012. For more information, you can contact Kent Police. Thanks, Scott
