  • Hi, We would say that it would be suitable to get in touch with local estate agents in the area and query this with them as they will have the local knowledge of that area. You can search for agents using the 'find agents' tab at the top of the Zoopla page or alternatively you could visit Relocation Agent Network and search on their page as well. We hope this helps.

  • Good primary schools. Easy access to the motorway and 4 miles from Manchester centre. The wood side has the more expensive houses but Mainway is very expensive. Good solid houses the other side of the main rd, Moss Way, Moss Lane, Worcester Rd. Near to the 'top shops' for the odd item. 2xtescos, 1xSainsbury's 1xAsda within 2-3 miles. We're looking at a 4 bedroom house with separate granny / rentable flat. Far cheaper than south Manchester. Hope this helps.
